officially pass the 10 weeks mark!
Still feeling good with diet, seem to be spending more and more time at the gym
Feel like there is so much I want to work on
Uni has started as well and doing the CPA program thing means march is gonna be an intense month for uni
and mid sems will pretty much be like my final exam gahhhh
So far only skipped 1 class this week so I think im doing good lol
Today I did Hammies and Glutes in the morning
Working hard for that ham glute tie in, watched the Arnold Classic bikini girls whilst having my pre workout meal for some inspiration and motivation
pre workout meal was
1 egg , 1/2 cup egg whites, cocoabombs and some almond milk
work out went for over an hour today and then finished off with some posing practice on my own
was supposed to get some hiit done but I was tired so decided to come back later for my hiit session
then I went grocery shopping for some meat yummmyy
bought some fillet steak which is a treat seeing as i've been eating bulk chicken breast all the time
came home prepped food, and got a coffee scrub doneee
had my post workout meal and meal 1
made OATS for post workout meal with blueberries and calorie free maple syrup was sooo good
and then meal 1 was the typical chicken pumpkin and spinach combo with a drizzle of sesame dressing
and then went back for my second hiit session before dinner
meal 2 I devoured my 130g of fillet steak
yummmm and had a side of pumpkin for some carbs
tomorrow got 2 classes at uni but gonna get a HIIT session in in the morning
chyeahhh
Really need to catch up on my lecture that I missed on Saturday morning but gahhhh 37 slides how will I ever get through it
